Trainings + Events

The Center for Optimal Living offers trainings and workshops on Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP) and other complementary techniques, nationally, internationally and at our home in New York City. Due to covid-19, all of our trainings are being offered online through Zoom and once you register, you will be provided with those details.

Our training sessions are collaborative and include group discussions, interactive skill-building components, and case presentations to foster a deeper understanding of IHRP and to promote its implementation in a variety of contexts. Our trainings are tailored to your needs and can be delivered in formats ranging from half-day to five full days, depending on your needs.

We also provide follow-up trainings, as well as ongoing consultations for the organizations we work with. Contact us at events@cfol.org or (212) 213-8905 x2 to learn more.

We also regularly host special events on a range of topics that may be of interest to the public and our clients.
